# Delaware SB 74 (149) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 3 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO THE DELAWARE AGRICULTURAL LANDS PRESERVATION ACT.

This Act fulfills recommendations made by the Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee.
