# Delaware HB 130 (150) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 7 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO RECYCLING AND WASTE REDUCTION.

This bill expands upon the existing at-store recycling program regarding the use of single-use plastic bags.
