This Act a result of the Joint Legislative Oversight and Sunset Committee’s (“JLOSC”) review of the Council on Correction (“Council”), and revamps Council’s governing statute based on discussions throughout the review. In addition to making several technical changes to conform existing law to the standards of the Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual, this Act also does the following:
