# Delaware HB 403 (152) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 9 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO ASSESSMENT FUNCTIONS IN ALL COUNTY GOVERNMENTS.
This Act transfers the sections pertaining to assessment functions and the New Castle County Board of Assessment Review from the subchapter governing the functions of the Department of Land Use to the subchapter governing the functions of the Department of Administration and updates reference to the Department of Land Use to the Office of Finance in Chapter 83 of Title 9.
