# Delaware SB 248 (153) — AN ACT TO AMEND TITLE 19 OF THE DELAWARE CODE RELATING TO WORKPLACE SAFETY PROGRAM.

This Act makes updates to the Delaware workplace safety program to increase the workers’ compensation insurance credit that businesses can access while maintaining overall program stability.
