# Illinois HB 2408 (100th) — PROFESSION REGULATION-VARIOUS

||

||
Amends the Department of Professional Regulation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Defines "applicant", "email address of record", "license", and "licensee". Provides that the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation shall require all applicants and licensees to provide a valid address and email address, which shall serve as the address and email address of record, and to inform the Department of any change of address or email address through specified means.
