# Illinois HB 2664 (100th) — PROMPT PAYMENT-SUBCONTRACTORS
|
||
|
||
Amends the State Prompt Payment Act. Provides that if a contractor is assessed liquidated damages by the State, the contractor is still responsible to each subcontractor under the subcontracts.
