# Illinois HB 4846 (100th) — VEH CD-ELECTRONIC DEVICE

||

||
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a violation (rather than a second or subsequent violation) of a provision in the Code governing the use of an electronic communication device while operating a motor vehicle is an offense against traffic regulations governing the movement of vehicles.
