# Illinois HB 5253 (100th) — SMALL BUS-ECON IMPACT ANALYSIS
Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act. Modifies the provisions requiring State agencies to issue an economic impact analysis when proposing new rules or amendments to rules that affect small businesses.
