# Illinois SB 1319 (100th) — ADLT GUARDIANS-VIDEO HEARINGS

||

Amends the Probate Act of 1975. Provides that the Illinois Supreme Court or any circuit court of this State may adopt rules permitting the use of video conferencing equipment in any adult guardianship hearing.
