# Illinois SB 3156 (100th) — EPA-ENFORCEMENT

||

||
Amends the Enforcement Title of the Environmental Protection Act. Provides that the Environmental Protection Agency shall cause investigations to be made as a result of the Agency's own investigation or knowledge.
