# Illinois SB 2153 (101st) — PROCUREMENT-LEASES & RENEWALS
|
||

||
Amends the Illinois Procurement Code. Provides that a request for information process need not be used in procuring a renewal or extension of a lease if, among other requirements, the Procurement Policy Board does not object in writing to the renewal or extension within 14 (currently, 30) calendar days after its submission.
