# Illinois HB 4408 (102nd) — INSURANCE-NALOXONE-NO CO-PAY

Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Prohibits an individual or group policy of accident and health insurance amended, delivered, issued, or renewed in the State after the effective date of the amendatory Act that provides coverage for naloxone hydrochloride from imposing a copayment on the coverage provided.
