Requires the insurance company to disclose in the policy documentation and fulfillment materials whether the travel insurance is primary or secondary to other applicable coverage. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 1588 (102nd) — TRAVEL INSURANCE
Amends the Illinois Insurance Code.
