# Illinois SB 2093 (102nd) — PEN CD-CTPF-CONTRACT SCHOOLS

||
Amends the Chicago Teacher Article of the Illinois Pension Code. Adds to the definition of "teacher", educational staff employed by a Chicago contract school in a position requiring certification or licensure, except for managerial, supervisory, or confidential employees, who are required to or elect to participate in the Fund.
