# Illinois SB 2240 (102nd) — GOVERNMENT SEVERANCE PAY
|
||

||
Amends the Government Severance Pay Act. Modifies the definition of "severance pay" to apply to a university president or chancellor who is transitioning to a new position within the university for which he or she is employed, but excluding interim presidents and interim chancellors.
