# Illinois SB 2565 (102nd) — TREATMENT COURT STATUTES
|
||
|
||
Amends the Drug Court Treatment Act. Defines "clinical treatment plan" and "peer recovery coach". Provides that the assessment of the defendant shall include a validated clinical assessment.
