# Illinois SB 3988 (102nd) — SCHCD-PARAPROFESSIONAL-ELEM ED

Amends the Educator Licensure Article of the School Code. Provides that a paraprofessional educator endorsement on an Educator License with Stipulations may be issued to an applicant who is at least 18 years of age and will be using the Educator License with Stipulations exclusively for elementary education.
