Makes corresponding changes in the Electronic Commerce Security Act and the Probate Act of 1975. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 72 (102nd) — CIV PRO-PREJUDGMENT INTEREST

Creates the Electronic Wills and Remote Witnesses Act.
