# Illinois HB 2232 (103rd) — PROP TX-REISSUE DECISIONS
Amends the Property Tax Code. Provides that, upon petition of a party to any case previously decided by the Property Tax Appeal Board, the Board shall reissue its prior decision. Effective immediately.
