# Illinois HB 4874 (103rd) — CONTROL SUB-OPIOIDS-COMPLIANCE

||
Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Provides that a pharmacist may not refuse to fill a valid prescription solely because it is not prescribed electronically.
