Requires all persons appointed to provide interpretive assistance in substantive and nonsubstantive hearings to make certain affirmations. Contains provisions concerning waiver of these language assistance provisions."

# Illinois HB 5172 (103rd) — ADMIN HEARINGS-INTERPRETERS

Amends the Illinois Administrative Procedure Act.
