# Illinois SB 1499 (103rd) — COMPANION ANIMAL-FORFEITURE

||

||
Amends the Humane Care for Animals Act. Adds specified offenses of the Humane Care for Animals Act for which law enforcement making an arrest may take possession of a companion animal.
