# Illinois SB 2146 (103rd) — CREMATORY REGULATION ACT
Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Provides that the Crematory Regulation Act is repealed on January 1, 2029 (rather than January 1, 2024). Amends the Crematory Regulation Act.
