Bill HEALTH CARE-BACKGROUND CHECK Amends the Health Care Worker Background Check Act. Provides that the Act applies to all employees, volunteers, interns, unpaid personnel, and agents of comprehensive community mental health centers. Makes conforming changes. Illinois SB 3661 (103rd) — HEALTH CARE-BACKGROUND CHECK

Amends the Health Care Worker Background Check Act. Provides that the Act applies to all employees, volunteers, interns, unpaid personnel, and agents of comprehensive community mental health centers.
