# Illinois SB 3661 (103rd) — HEALTH CARE-BACKGROUND CHECK
Amends the Health Care Worker Background Check Act. Provides that the Act applies to all employees, volunteers, interns, unpaid personnel, and agents of comprehensive community mental health centers.
