Amends the Landscape Architecture Registration Act. Allows the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to issue a registration as a landscape architect to a person licensed or registered under the laws of another state, the District of Columbia, a territory of the United States, or a foreign country if specified conditions are satisfied.
