# Illinois HB 1237 (93rd) — BOAT REGISTRATION & SAFETY-DUI

Amends the Boat Registration and Safety Act with regard to operating watercraft under the influence of alcohol or drugs. Provides that operating a watercraft under the influence of intoxicating compounds is also prohibited.
