# Illinois HB 4458 (93rd) — VEH CD-RAW MILK TRANSPORT

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that the Department of Transportation, with respect to highways under its jurisdiction, and local authorities, with respect to highways under their jurisdiction, may issue a special permit for continuous limited operation, authorizing the applicant to transport raw milk that exceeds the weight limits provided for in the Code if specified requirements are met.
