# Illinois SB 199 (93rd) — MNTL HLTH-INVOLUNTARY TREATMNT

||

||
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Provides that authorized involuntary treatment may be given for up to 72 (instead of 24) hours, and requires a redetermination of the need for such treatment at least every 72 (instead of 24) hours.
