# Illinois SB 2290 (93rd) — LIQUOR-VIOLATIONS
|
||
|
||
Amends the Liquor Control Act of 1934. Provides that, with certain exceptions, the Illinois Liquor Control Commission may revoke or suspend a licensee's license or impose a fine upon a licensee for a violation only if the applicable local liquor control commissioner has not revoked or suspended the licensee's license or imposed a fine upon the licensee for the violation.
