# Illinois SB 277 (93rd) — EXECUTIONS-MEDICAL PERSONNEL
Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987. Deletes language providing that the disciplinary provisions of the Act do not apply to persons who carry out or assist in executions of death sentences.
