# Illinois HB 181 (94th) — CHILDREN-FAIR FINGERPRINTS

||

||
Amends the Department of State Police Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Authorizes the Department to retain the fingerprint record of a child fingerprinted at a Department data collection location.
