# Illinois HB 2689 (94th) — UNCLAIMED HUMAN REMAINS BURIAL

Amends the Uniform Disposition of Unclaimed Property Act. Provides that the State Treasurer shall deliver any unclaimed human remains to the coroner of the county in which the human remains were abandoned.
