# Illinois HB 4067 (94th) — CHILDREN'S ENVIR HEALTH OFFICE
Creates the Children's Environmental Health Office Act. Provides that, subject to appropriation, the Illinois Department of Public Health shall create and maintain the Children's Environmental Health Office within the Department to advise the Agency and assess how various environmental and other conditions impact the health of children.
