# Illinois HB 414 (94th) — POLLUTION CONTROL FACILITIES
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. In the definitions, provides that a facility accepting exclusively general construction or demolition debris and that as of January 1, 2000 is located in a county with a population of 700,000 or more persons is not a pollution control facility under the Act (now, the definition does not have the January 1, 2000 restriction).
