# Illinois HB 4375 (94th) — SEX OFFENDER-INFO DISCLOSURE

||

||
Amends the Sex Offender Registration Act. Provides that the Department of State Police shall have access to State of Illinois databases containing information that may help in the identification or location of persons required to register under the Act, including, but not limited to, information obtained in the course of administering the Unemployment Insurance Act. Amends the Unemployment Insurance Act.
