# Illinois HB 4451 (94th) — LITTER CONTROL&ADOPT-A-HIWAY
|
||
|
||
Amends the Litter Control Act and the Illinois Adopt-A-Highway Act. Provides that a person convicted of violating the Litter Control Act by disposing of litter along a highway may, in addition to any other penalty, be required to maintain litter control, for a period of 30 days, over a designated portion of the highway, including the site where the offense occurred.
