# Illinois HB 4768 (94th) — VEH CD-DRIVER LICENSE-AGE 18
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that a driver's license may not be issued to a person under 18 years of age. Provides that an instruction permit may not be issued to a person under the age of 17 years. Increases from 16 to 18 years the minimum age for issuance of a restricted driving permit or a family financial responsibility driving permit. Makes corresponding changes in other provisions.
