# Illinois HB 521 (94th) — GOVT-ST GROUP INSURANCE
Amends the State Employees Group Insurance Act of 1971. Requires that the program of life insurance benefits permit active employees and annuitants under age 60 to purchase supplemental life insurance coverage in amounts up to 8 (now, up to 4) times the basic life insurance benefits.
