Provides that dentists shall be entitled to reasonable reimbursement for the costs of reproducing patient dental records. Provides that a dentist or dental hygienist who is a dental emergency responder acts within the bounds of his or her license when he or she provides care during a declared local, State, or national emergency. Makes other changes. Effective immediately."

# Illinois HB 875 (94th) — DENTAL PRACTICE-SUNSET-LICENSE

Amends the Regulatory Sunset Act. Extends the repeal of the Illinois Dental Practice Act to January 1, 2016. Amends the Illinois Dental Practice Act. Defines "titration" and "dental emergency responder". Prohibits the titration of orally administered sedative agents that exceeds the maximum recommended dose.
