# Illinois SB 1701 (94th) — EPA-CAAPP-COMPLIANCE MGMT SYST

Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Excludes closed loop heat pump wells using USP food grade propylene glycol and injection wells used to mitigate groundwater contamination from the definition of "potential route".
