# Illinois SB 25 (94th) — VEH CD-ELECTRIC VEHICLES

Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Prohibits a person from driving or operating a neighborhood electric vehicle upon any street, highway, or roadway in the State, except under certain conditions.
