# Illinois SB 2985 (94th) — CD CORR-DNA TESTING

||

||
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person convicted or found guilty of any offense requiring registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act or convicted or found guilty of, under the Juvenile Court Act of 1987, any offense requiring registration under the Sex Offender Registration Act shall submit samples of blood, saliva, or tissue to the Department of State Police for analysis and categorizing into genetic marker groupings.
