# Illinois SB 538 (94th) — INSURANCE&MEDICAID FRAUD
|
||
|
||
Amends the Medical Practice Act of 1987, the Illinois Public Aid Code, and the Criminal Code of 1961. Requires the Department of Financial and Professional Regulation to suspend the license of a physician who has not paid restitution for financial loss sustained as a result of insurance fraud or vendor fraud in relation to medical assistance under the Illinois Public Aid Code committed by the physician, including any court costs and attorney fees.
