# Illinois HB 1257 (95th) — PHARMCY ASSISTANCE-ELIGIBILITY
Amends the Senior Citizens and Disabled Persons Property Tax Relief and Pharmaceutical Assistance Act. In provisions concerning pharmaceutical assistance effective January 1, 2006, provides that Eligibility Group 5 consists of beneficiaries who are otherwise described in Eligibility Groups 2 and 3 who have a diagnosis of HIV or AIDS (instead of who are otherwise described in Eligibility Group 1 and have such a diagnosis).
