# Illinois HB 1608 (95th) — MUNI CODE-ADULT ENTERTAINMENT
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that no new adult entertainment facility may be located, constructed, or operated within a municipality, or within one mile of the territorial boundaries of a municipality, within one mile of the property boundaries of any school, day care center, cemetery, public park, forest preserve, public housing, and a place of religious worship in a county with a population of more than 800,000 inhabitants and less than 2,000,000 inhabitants. Effective immediately.
