Provides that, on the date such a rule is adopted, the Act shall again become operative, and the Department of Labor shall enforce the federal standards only to the extent the Act or rules of the Department provide for the enforcement of those standards. Effective immediately."

# Illinois HB 1911 (95th) — EMPLOYMENT-SAFETY
|
||

||
Amends the Safety Inspection and Education Act and the Health and Safety Act. Provides that the Acts apply only to public employers and public employees. Provides for coordination between the 2 Acts.
