# Illinois HB 271 (95th) — ALT FUELS-WEB INFORMATION

||
Creates the Promote Illinois Ethanol and Biodiesel Act. Requires that the Internet websites of State agencies must include hypertext links to websites containing information on ethanol and biodiesel fuels. Provides that the required links shall include any website maintained and operated by a State agency that posts information concerning E85 fuel or biodiesel fuel and may include private websites including, but not limited to, websites maintained and operated by the National Ethanol Vehicle Coalition and the National Biodiesel Board.
