# Illinois HB 962 (95th) — MUNICIPAL OFFICE VACANCIES

Amends the Election Code. Provides that a municipality having a population under 500,000 is not subject to the provisions regarding the events by which an elective office becomes vacant. Amends the Illinois Municipal Code.
